Wilmington, Del., January 13, 2010 -- Wholesome Foods Vending, LLC recently launched its business, distributing "better-for-you" snacks and beverages to vending machines in the Delaware Valley, the Delaware Business Ledger has reported.

The company -- founded by Wilmington businesswoman and entrepreneur Robin D. Crawford --
provides organic and natural snack foods to vending operators.

All of Wholesome Foods' products have no artificial flavors or colors, no preservatives, no hydrogenated oils, no trans fats and no high-fructose corn syrup.

The first of the healthy food vending machines should be installed in the area by the first quarter of 2010, Crawford noted.
